Refund and Returns Policy

At Bestpariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and the steps to follow if you wish to return a product or request a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and parts that were included with the item.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items (e.g., customized rods or reels)
  • Products marked as final sale

2. How to Return an Item

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Ship the product to the address we provide. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • We will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item is used or damaged beyond its original condition.
  • The return is made after the 30-day return window.
  • The product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the policy.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. The process is similar to a return, and you will need to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement item at no additional cost. In some cases, a full refund may be issued if a replacement is unavailable.

6. Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may initiate a return once you receive the item.

7. Special Conditions for Promotional Items

For products purchased through a special promotion or discount, the refund and return policy remains the same, but we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges based on the terms of the promotion. Please refer to any specific terms or conditions provided during the promotion.
