1. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. These options include both domestic and international shipping. The available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout, and you can choose the one that best fits your timeline and budget.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically, this is the most affordable option, but delivery times can vary.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options. Additional charges apply for expedited services.
  • International Shipping: We ship to selected international locations. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination country.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the following factors:

  • The weight and dimensions of your order
  • The shipping method selected
  • The destination address (domestic or international)

The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your order. Bestpariz reserves the right to adjust shipping fees based on the size, weight, or destination of the order.

3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order and confirming payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on holidays may experience longer processing times.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, the shipping time depends on the shipping method selected:
    • Domestic Orders: Typically take between 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and delivery address.
    • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders may range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary based on external factors, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues. We do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your package on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 states within the U.S.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer service team for more information.
  • P.O. Boxes: We may be able to ship to P.O. Boxes for domestic orders, but certain carriers may have restrictions. Please provide a valid street address if possible for faster delivery.
  • Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses: We do offer shipping to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO), but delivery times may be longer than standard domestic shipping.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping fees. You should check with your local customs office to understand any additional charges you may incur before placing an order.

Bestpariz is not responsible for any delays, damages, or additional fees resulting from customs processing or regulations in your country.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Bestpariz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

If the carrier is unable to locate the package, please contact our customer service team to initiate a claim. We may require additional information, such as proof of delivery or photographs, to resolve the issue.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, certain factors outside of our control may cause delays, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)
  • Shipping carrier delays or issues
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. We ask for your patience and understanding during these times.

9. Address Errors

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Bestpariz is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to assist you, but once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
